Isaac LeBlanc is a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work and extensive experience supporting children, youth, families, and communities through trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and culturally responsive practices.

Isaac is passionate about helping clients live authentically, reconnect with their values, and move toward healing with curiosity and empowerment.  His approach is integrative and draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.  Isaac believes that compassion, choice, and collaboration are essential to creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.  He works from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive framework and emphasizes cultural humility and advocacy in his practice.

With extensive experience in community, educational, and healthcare settings, Isaac has supported diverse populations, including Indigenous families, youth at risk, trauma survivors, and individuals navigating systemic barriers.  His clinical work focuses on helping clients build insight, reauthor personal narratives, and foster self-compassion.  Isaac has a special interest in supporting individuals and those living with complex trauma to reconnect with their strengths and resilience through a non-pathologizing approach to mental health.

Outside of work, Isaac enjoys hiking scenic trails, kayaking along the coast, and spending time with his dog.  He is passionate about giving back to the community through volunteer work with Cobequid Food Network, activities that help him stay grounded and connected to what matters most.
