Krista Murray is a registered massage therapist from Nova Scotia, with more than 20 years of experience helping clients of all ages and stages of their wellness journeys.
She graduated in 2002 from the Canadian College of Natural Medicine and is trained in a variety of techniques, including Craniosacral Therapy, General Swedish Massage, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, Deep Tissue Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Techniques, Active/Passive Stretching Techniques, Somatic-Emotional Release, and Cupping.
