Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is the most commonly known type of massage therapy. It involves long, fluid strokes to muscles and surrounding soft tissues. During a Swedish massage, pressure varies from light to firm, dependent upon client comfort. This type of massage is considered one of the most relaxing styles of massage.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is a modality used by a massage therapist that follows the same basic principles of Swedish massage. In addition to Swedish massage techniques the therapist will apply heated stones to the treatment area. Adding heat on the body helps relax tense muscles and enhance the feeling of relaxation. Hot stone massage is delivered without excessive pressure due to the muscle relaxation effects of the deep heat.

Decompression Cupping Therapy

Decompression cupping therapy is a form of cupping therapy used to promote muscle tension release and encourage lymphatic flow through your tissues. Cupping can help to increase blood circulation and get to the deeper tissues without the pressure. These effects are achieved by placing silicone/ plastic cups in a stationary position on pain points and continuous gliding over the treatment area.
