Record Suspension Application Support
Is your old criminal record standing in the way of you achieving your goals? A Record Suspension (also called a Pardon) effectively removes a barrier to education, employment, volunteer and housing opportunities. A Record Suspension can also provide peace of mind and restore a person’s sense of dignity and self-worth.
Lauren Brady has four years’ experience supporting clients through the record suspension application process and has helped dozens of clients to receive their Record Suspensions.
The process entails assessing eligibility, explaining the steps and associated fees, guiding the client through each step of the process, answering questions, troubleshooting complications that may arise and assisting with completing paperwork and documentation and ensuring that your Record Suspension application package is complete, accurate, and ready for submission to the Parole Board of Canada for review.
